双氢克尿塞是临床常用的利尿剂,副作用主要是排钾过多引起低钾血症,其他副作用较少,过敏反应还未见报导。笔者曾收治一例双氢克尿塞引起过敏反应患者,现报导如下。女,64岁,因反复咳嗽、气促、心悸、双下肢浮肿7年,如剧一周。于1981年4月2日入院。体查:体温36.8℃,脉搏120次/分,呼吸36次/分。端坐呼吸,神志清晰,面色蜡黄,未见明显青紫,颜面浮肿+,贫血容。轻度气促,颈软,气管居中,胸廓对称,两肺呼吸音减弱,满布湿性啰音。心率120次/分,律整,三尖瓣区收缩期杂音Ⅱ级,肺动
Hydrochlorothiazide is a common clinical diuretic, side effects are mainly caused by excessive potassium row hypokalemia, other side effects less allergic reaction has not been reported. I had admitted to a case of two patients with allergic reactions caused by hydrochlorothiazide, are reported below. Female, 64 years old, due to repeated cough, shortness of breath, palpitations, edema of both lower extremities 7 years, such as the drama a week. Admitted to hospital on April 2, 1981.
