目的:评价常用T2WI快速扫描序列:快速自旋回波(TSE)序列、半傅立叶采集单次激发快速自旋回波(HASTE)序列的反转恢复HASTE(IR-HASTE)序列、真实稳态进动快速成像(true-FISP)序列、自旋回波平面成像(SE-EPI)序列在肝癌诊断中的作用。方法:肝癌患者34例,分别进行四项T2WI快速扫描序列扫描,并进行信噪比SNR、对比噪声比CNR、图像质量、病灶检出率的比较。结果:各扫描序列的SNR、CNR、图像质量有统计学意义,病灶检出率无差异性。结论:快速自旋回波(TSE)序列综合评价最好,是肝癌诊断中首选的扫描序列,其它序列可提供补充信息。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the diagnostic value of the commonly used T2WI rapid scan sequence: fast spin echo (TSE) sequence, half-Fourier acquisition HASTE (IR-HASTE) sequence with one-shot rapid spin echo (HASTE) (True-FISP) sequence and spin echo plane imaging (SE-EPI) sequence in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods: Thirty-four patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were scanned by four T2WI rapid scanning sequences respectively. The SNR, SNR and CNR, image quality and lesion detection rate were compared. Results: The SNR, CNR and image quality of each scan sequence were statistically significant, and the detection rate of lesions was no difference. Conclusion: The best comprehensive evaluation of rapid spin echo (TSE) sequence is the preferred scan sequence in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Other sequences may provide additional information.
