1 灌区基本情况黑岗口引黄灌区位于黄河南岸,建于1957年,引水闸过水流量正常为50m~3/s,加大流量为64m~3/s,年引水量约为1.8亿m~3。担负着开封市郊区农业灌溉及市区工业、居民生活用水、水产养殖、灌淤改土、黄河大堤淤临淤背、补充地下水源及城市洗污用水的任务。设计灌溉面积1.18万hm~2,农业灌溉实行灌排分设原则,现有干渠4条,长55km,支渠24条,斗渠61条,骨干排水河8条,长102km。灌区开灌40多年来,走过了大引、大灌、停灌、复灌、整顿改造的曲折道路,目前已初步走
1 The basic situation of Irrigation District The Yellow River Irrigation District is located in the southern bank of the Yellow River, built in 1957, with a normal flow rate of 50m ~ 3 / s and a flow rate of 64m ~ 3 / s, with an annual water diversion of about 180 million m ~ 3.
