以发展学生能力为主线的健美操教学正被各级各类的学校实践,本文作者根据自己的理解把它分为四个过程:即用小组合细分动作+用优化评价方式提升动作技能+用迁移改编动作+与专业、生活实践融合,内化为一种能力。看上去似乎是在繁化教学步骤,找素材、组合动作、创设情景会花去教师很多时间,其实,真是这样的变式,拓宽了师生思考的空间,帮助了学生理解健美操创编的原理,健美操学习由此而变得简单。
The aerobics teaching with the development of student ability as the main line is being practiced by schools at all levels and types.
