酒精中毒对于心脏在生理、生化及形态学方面都有影响。本研究用原代心肌细胞培养的方法评价了各种浓度的酒精作用于心肌细胞引起心脏中毒的可能性。作者选择细胞培养技术研究酒精的心脏毒性,是因为它与已用过的体内实验模型相比,主要具有以下优点:1)在严重的心脏毒性发生之前就可检测到早期细胞损伤;2)排除由饮食及其它生理影响造成的干扰。3)可以同时检测不同浓度的影响。这项研究应用的心脏毒性指标是:①细胞
Alcoholism affects the heart in terms of physiology, biochemistry, and morphology. In this study, the primary culture of cardiomyocytes was used to evaluate the possibility of various concentrations of alcohol acting on cardiomyocytes causing cardiotoxicity. The authors chose cell culture techniques to study the cardiotoxicity of alcohol because it has the following major advantages over the already used in vivo experimental models: 1) Early cell damage can be detected before severe cardiotoxicity occurs; 2) Exclusion Interference caused by diet and other physiological effects. 3) Can simultaneously detect different concentrations of the impact.
