民勤县实验幼儿园,始建于2000年8月,原名民勤县西关幼儿园,2013年7月迁址于县城西大街教育城内。幼儿园占地面积22580.76平方米,建筑面积6600平方米,绿化面积5680平方米。现有教学班23个,在园幼儿816名,教职员工74人。2014年1月被甘肃省教育厅评估认定为甘肃省一类幼儿园,属示范性幼儿园。民勤县实验幼儿园在迁址筹建过程中,县委县政府土建投资3240万元,设备投资300多万元,要求高起点规划、高标准建设和高要求配套。建有幼儿活动室、音体活动室、保健室、图书室、多功能活动室、玩教具室、资料室、实验器材室、餐厅、卧室及教师办公室等,配有蒙台梭利教具、奥尔夫音乐教具、大型玩具、中小型玩具、
