作为参与“国培项目”的培训单位之一——七里河区民族幼儿园在“国培项目”的实施过程中,遵循学前教育的发展方向,以“幼儿园教育活动的实践与反思”为支撑,采用多种形式落实培训计划,经过三年的摸索与努力,来自全国及甘肃民族地区农村幼儿园数百名转岗教师,参加了本园组织的培训活动,其保教实践能力与专业能力均有所提升,取得了较好的成绩。一、农村转岗幼儿教师职后培训研究的意义(一)转岗教师职后培训的重要性
