幼儿园园本教研是以幼儿园为基地,以全面提高保教质量为目的,以解决保教实践中的问题为起点,选择切实可行的研究方法进行的教育科研实践活动。但是,在实际的园本教研活动中却存在教师对教研认识不清、活动流于形式,被动参与、教研中无话可说等现象。因此,我园近年来着力探索易于教师接受,能够调动教师积极主动参与的教研活动。提高教师学习意识和能力的具有园本特色的教研方法与途径,帮助教师用先进理念指导自身实践,从而促进教师
