对66名缺铁性贫血和37名生长发育落后儿童测定血清铜、锌,并与健康儿童相比较。发现贫血及发育落后组的血清铜、铜/锌比值明显高于健康组,差异显著。而且Hb越低,血清铜和铜/锌比值越大。
Serum copper and zinc were measured in 66 children with iron deficiency anemia and 37 children with growth retardation and compared with healthy children. The results showed that the serum copper and copper / zinc ratio in anemia and developmental deprivation group was significantly higher than that in healthy group, the difference was significant. And lower Hb, the greater the serum copper and copper / zinc ratio.
