一、我国商业流通体制现存的问题 1978年以来,我国在商业流通领域进行了一系列改革,并取得了显著成效。但目前,商业流通领域中还存在一些问题,主要是: 1.商业流通工作还不适应形势发展的要求。指令性计划尚未做到既能保持其严肃性,又能充分运用价值规律的要求。指导性计划的实施,也没有解决运用经济和法律手段进行有效的间接调控问题。已经放开的商品基本上处于放任自流的状态,加上体制等原因,地区封锁现象仍很严重,商品大战时有发生。
I. Existing Problems in China’s Commercial Circulation System Since 1978, China has conducted a series of reforms in the field of commercial circulation and has achieved remarkable results. However, at present, there are still some problems in the field of commercial circulation, mainly because: 1. The goods that have already been let go are basically in a state of laissez faire. Coupled with the institutional and other reasons, the phenomenon of blockade in the region is still very serious. Commodity wars have occurred from time to time.
