为了进一步减少板坯库存,提高板坯的利用率和缩短合同完成周期,需要对合同与板坯进行二次匹配。在某钢企的人工转用充当系统的基础上,面向实际转用充当的动态特性,针对其生产工艺的行业特征,建立了合同与板坯二次匹配模型,提出一个针对性强的自适应遗传算法求其解,并开发出有实际应用价值的板坯自动转用充当系统。二次匹配模型通过绝对目标减少优化的复杂度,所提出的遗传算法采用混合编码方式,初始种群为最初匹配关系。通过大量的数据测试和实际应用表明该模型进一步提高了合同的完成量和板坯的使用准确率,使得合同与板坯的匹配更加合理有效。
In order to further reduce the slab inventory, improve the utilization of slab and shorten the contract completion cycle, the contract needs to be matched with the slab. On the basis of the system of human conversion, aiming at the dynamic characteristics of practical conversion, according to the industry characteristics of the production process, a secondary matching model between contract and slab was established, and a highly adaptive Genetic algorithm to find its solution, and developed a practical value of the slab automatically converted to act as a system. The quadratic matching model reduces the complexity of optimization through the absolute target. The proposed genetic algorithm adopts the hybrid coding method, and the initial population is the initial matching relationship. Through a large number of data tests and practical applications show that the model to further improve the contract completion and the accuracy of the use of slab, making the contract and the slab match more reasonable and effective.
