七、公司名称公布公布公司名称要做到下面几点: <1>以漆油写好公司名称或招牌挂在办公室或办事处外面醒目位置上; <2>刻好公司名称图章; <3>公司签发的所有业务函件、通知、出版刊物、汇票、收款单或定货单、发票、收据等等应载明公司名称。不管何种情况,公司名称必须字迹清楚。营业所或办公室外面所示公司名称必须“容易辨认”,一目了然。任何使用或授权使用公章或发文件的职员或代理人,若违反本规定,须负个人责任,其高级人员可能受罚。八、其他具体事项的公布为了符合共同体的规定,公司所有业务函件和订货单必须以清晰的字体印上下列内容:
