探讨白细胞介素 ( IL) -1 0基因启动子区 -1 0 82位点及其附近区域多态性在我国汉族人群中的发生情况 .用聚合酶链反应和单链构象多态性 ( PCR-SSCP)结合序列测定方法 ,检测了 66例健康对照 IL-1 0启动子区多态性的发生 .在所有检测个体中未发现 -1 0 82 A/G多态 .在汉族正常人群中 IL-1 0启动子区 -872位点存在高频率的 T/C或 T/N多态性 .-872处的 T/C或 T/N多态性可能与种族特异性有关 ,可以作为新的候选SNP.
To investigate the occurrence of interleukin (IL) -1 0 gene promoter region-1 0 82 and its adjacent region polymorphism in Chinese Han population.Methods Polymerase chain reaction and single-strand conformation polymorphism (PCR) -SSCP) binding sequence was used to detect the polymorphism of IL-10 promoter in 66 healthy controls.All polymorphisms of -1 0 82 A / G were not detected in all tested individuals.It was found that IL -1 0 There is a high frequency of T / C or T / N polymorphisms at -872. The T / C or T / N polymorphism at-872 may be racial-specific and can be used as a new Candidate SNPs.
