卫生部发布自1994年7月1日起实施的《医疗单位“麻醉药品精神药品计划供应办法”的通知》已经下达。与此同时,(79)卫药字第84号文《关于医疗单位麻醉药品品种范围及每季度购用限量的规定》废止。 通知规定,医疗单位使用麻醉药品、一类精神药品(以下简称精神药品)应向县以上(含县)卫生行政部门提出申请,填报“麻醉药品、精神药品购用申请表”及“麻醉药品、精神药品购用印鉴卡”,经批准后,请购单位凭证到指定的麻醉药品经营单位购买。“申请表”及“印鉴卡”有效使用期暂定为3年。通知还规
