本文用苯福林或硝普钠iv于麻醉大鼠,引起BP最大变化(ΔBP)所致反射性HR最大变化(ΔR-R)的回归直线斜率为动脉压力感受性反射敏感性(BRS)的指标,测得iv m-Nis 5,10,20μg·kg~(-1)均明显降低BRS(P<0.01),m-Nis抑制BRS可能是直接作用于颈动脉窦压力感受器。
In this paper, phenylephrine or sodium nitroprusside iv anesthetized rats, causing maximum BP (ΔBP) induced reflex HR maximum change (ΔR-R) regression line slope for arterial baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) indicators (P <0.01). The inhibitory effect of m-Nis on BRS may play a direct role in the carotid sinus baroreceptor.
