你府一九五四年九月十日(54)府民密字第二六五號報告及內務部轉報你府一九五四年十二月八日(54)府民密字第三九四號公函均收悉。關於你省下關、河口、麻栗坡等三專轄市改制问題,同意下關市改為省轄市,由大理專署领導監督;河口市改為河口縣,縣等列為丁等,由蒙自專署領導監督;痲栗坡市改為麻栗坡縣,縣等列為丙等,由文山專署领導監督。希即遵照辦理,並將正式改制日期逕報內務部備查。
