在采用被动吸烟方法建立孕兔胎儿生长迟缓动物模型的基础上,对孕兔胎盘组织及胎兔大脑及小脑皮质颗粒细胞层进行计量分析。结果,吸烟可使胎盆绒毛面织百分比及绒毛毛细血管百分比降低;胎兔大脑及小脑皮质颗粒细胞层的厚度交薄,脑皮质颗粒钿胞层密度亦较无被动吸烟胎兔疏松。提示:整中孕期吸烟,对胎兔大脑及小脑均有影响,而妊娠晚期吸烟时,主要影响其大脑皮层。
Based on the passive smoking method to establish animal model of fetal growth retardation in rabbits, the placental tissue of pregnant rabbits and the granular cell layer of cerebrum and cerebellar cortex were measured. As a result, the percentage of cashmere weaving and the percentage of villus were decreased by smoking. The thickness of cerebellar and cerebellar cortical granulosa cells was also decreased, and the cortical granule cell density was also more relaxed than those without passive smoking. Tip: Whole pregnancy smoking, fetal brain and cerebellum have an impact, while smoking in late pregnancy, mainly affecting the cerebral cortex.
