关于调干学生入学后之子女教养补助及其亲属生活困难补助问题,牵涉面较广,情况比较复杂,该项费用,由学校负担抑由机关负担,在处理与执行方面尚不一致,过去虽曾有规定,亦因不够统一明确,尚未能得到适当的解决,为使调干学生入学后安心学习,并明确该项补助费的具体用途,特作如下规定:(一)夫妇双力均为工资制,一方离职入学改领调干助学金后,如负担其子女教养费有困难者,由在职一方机关在福利费内予以补助。(二)夫妇变方均为包干制,一方离职入学政领调干助学金后,其子女原享受保育、媬姆等费由在职一方机关按各级行政经费开支标准中的规定发给,随机关经费报销。(三)夫妇双方一方为包干制,一方为工资制,如工资制一方离职入学改领调干助学金后,其原享受之子女教养补助费,由包干制在职一方机关参照各级行政经费开支标准中保育、媬姆费标准补助。如包干制一方离职入学,改领调干助学金后,其原享受之子女教养补助费,由工资制在职一方机关
