采用家犬灌胃24周法,观察蝙蝠葛酚性碱(PAMD)20mg/kg/d、100mg/kg/d的不同剂量对犬肝肾功能、血常规及心电图的影响和停药后的恢复情况。研究结果表明:PAMD20mg/kg/d实验组犬总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、尿素氮、肌酐、血红蛋白、红细胞计数白细胞计数等与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);100mg/kg/d实验组犬总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶及谷丙转氨酶值有所升高,且部分肝细胞出现脂肪样变,心电图与实验前比较有显著性差异(t=2.75,P<0.05),P-R间期延长,提示本品高剂量对心肌传导有一定的延缓作用。停药后上述指标可恢复到正常水平
