以鼠龄为28~35天的幼年大白鼠建立人工腭裂模型后,经改良的Langenbeck’s法行腭裂成形术,于鼠龄为75~80天成年期处死动物,X线头颅测量结果显示手术修复组SNA角、ANB角的角度和S-A、I-Pm、N-A和Zyg-Zyg距离均明显减小,与正常组和未手术修复组相比都有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),说明实验组上颌骨前后径、垂直向和水平向均发育不良;根据本实验结果,我们认为幼年时行腭成形术明显影响上颌骨的正常发育,松驰切口区瘢痕形成是其重要的生物学基础之一。
The artificial cleft palate model was established in young rats aged from 28 to 35 days. The animals were sacrificed at the age of 75 to 80 days after the modified Langenbeck’s palate surgery.
