细胞免疫已证实为宿主抗立克次体感染的重要防御机能。研究表明,以立克次体或刀豆素A,诱生得的淋巴因子能激活巨噬细胞,并抑制立克次体在巨噬细胞、巨噬样细胞、成纤维细胞和内皮细胞内的繁殖。以往报告也指出,无论是干扰素样淋巴因子或克隆化鼠γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)均可抑制立克次体在感染细胞内繁殖,并导致感染吞噬细胞溶解。本文作者进一步证明,γ-IFN在宿主抗立克次体感染中起关键作用。作者选用对康氏立克次体感染有抵抗性的瑞士Webster小鼠,将其分为四组。第一组40只,每鼠腹腔接种12TCID_(50)的康氏立克
Cellular immunity has been shown to be an important defensive function for host anti-rickettsial infections. Studies have shown that lymphocytes induced by rickettsia or concanavalin A can activate macrophages and inhibit the growth of rickettsia in macrophages, macrophage-like cells, fibroblasts and endothelial cells . Previous reports also pointed out that both interferon-like lymphokines or cloned mouse γ-interferon (γ-IFN) can inhibit rickettsia in infected cells multiply, and lead to infected phagocytic lysis. The authors further demonstrate that γ-IFN plays a key role in host anti-rickettsial infection. The authors selected Swiss Webster mice resistant to convalescent rickettsial infection and divided them into four groups.
