In the recent two decades, the study of Na ~ + in the central nervous system on the regulation of body fluid and thirst and the regulation of renin release has been widely studied. Studies have shown that Na ~ + receptors exist in the brain and that changing the concentration of Na ~ + in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) can cause the excitability of Na ~ + receptors, leading to the sympathetic nervous system and animal behavior and Changes in renal function activity, causing a series of physiological reactions. Brain Na ~ + sensitive receptors are more concentrated, mainly located in the anterior wall of the third ventricle within the nerve tissue. At present, it is thought that the intracerebral angiotensin Ⅱ receptor and Na ~ + receptor cross each other in the same site, angiotensin Ⅱ (ANGⅡ) interacts with Na ~ + and participates in the regulation of body fluid balance and renin release .
