西部地区中小企业对促进地区经济结构调整具有重要作用 ,同时 ,西部地区具有中小企业存在的资源和管理基础。目前 ,西部地区中小企业存在税费重、融资难、改革难、肌体弱的问题 ,应采取的对策是 :拓宽融资渠道、减轻税费 ,围绕基础设施建设和生态环境建设优化产业结构 ,推进国有中小企业改革和民营企业制度建设 ,加强企业管理、锻造企业核心能力。
The SMEs in the western region play an important role in promoting the adjustment of the regional economic structure. Meanwhile, the western region has the resources and management foundation for SMEs. At present, the SMEs in the western region have the problems of heavy taxes and fees, difficulties in financing, difficulties in reform and weakness. The countermeasures they should take are to broaden the financing channels and reduce taxes and fees. They should optimize the industrial structure based on infrastructure construction and ecological environment construction, SME reform and private enterprise system construction, strengthen enterprise management, forging the core competence of enterprises.
