国际金融危机为中国反思经济增长模式提供了一次重要契机,推动发展方式转变和经济结构的战略调整,已是迫在眉睫。发展实践已经证明,高耗能、高污染的粗放型增长模式难以长期持续,既不符合当前国家利益,更不符合中国崛起的长远战略。
The international financial crisis has provided an important opportunity for China to reflect on its economic growth model. It is imminent to promote the transformation of the development mode and the strategic adjustment of its economic structure. Development practice has proved that the extensive mode of high energy consumption and high pollution can not be sustained in the long run and is neither consistent with current national interests nor more long-term strategy of China’s rise.
