1议案背景正如《图书与情报》杂志在《建言献策》栏目的开篇语中所述:“我们毕竟已经进入一个权利与责任觉醒的公民时代,每个社会个体都有独立发出声音、自由出入公共信息空间的权利……。”感谢《图书与情报》予以图书馆员摇旗呐喊的机会。
1 Motivation Background As the opening article of the book titled “Suggestions and Suggestions” in the book & information magazine states: “We have, after all, entered a civilized society where people are awakened by their rights and responsibilities.
