葛洪义,男,1960年2月生,浙江宁海人。1984年获西北政法学院法律专业学士学位。1987年研究生毕业于西北政法学院法学理论专业,获法学硕士学位。2002年在职取得中国社会科学院研究生院法学博士学位。1987年至2004年6月在西北政法学院任教,先后任西北政法学院法理教研室副主任,法学研究所副所长、所长,西北政法学院学术委员会副主席。2004年7月至2013年1月任华南理工大学法学院、知识产权学院院长。现任华南理工大学广东地方法制研究中心主任、教授、博士生导师,兼任中国政法大学、厦门大学法学理论专业博士生导师,中国法理学研究会副会长,教育部法学学科教学指导委员会委员,广东省法学类专业教学指导委员会主任委员,广东省法学会副会长,广东省法理学研究会会长,广州市知识产权研究会理事长,是广东省学位委员会法学学科评议组成员,第八届广东省政协委员,第十三、十四届广州市人大代表,广州市应急管理专家组副组长,广州市人民政府咨询专家,广州市人大立法顾问。
Ge Hongyi, male, born in February 1960, Zhejiang Ninghai people. In 1984 by the Northwest University of Political Science law degree bachelor. In 1987, he graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law majoring in law theory and obtained a master’s degree in law. In 2002 to obtain the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Graduate School of Law JD. From 1987 to June 2004, he taught at the Northwest University of Politics and Law, successively served as deputy director of the law teaching and research department of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, deputy director and director of the Institute of Law, and vice chairman of the Academic Committee of Northwest University of Politics and Law. From July 2004 to January 2013, he was appointed Dean of Law School of South China University of Technology and Dean of Intellectual Property Institute. Currently he is the director and professor of Ph.D.Guangdong Legal System Research Center of Guangdong University of Science and Technology, and also serves as doctoral supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law, Xiamen University, Vice President of China Jurisprudence Research Association, member of Teaching Steering Committee of Law Department of Ministry of Education, Guangdong Provincial law science teaching steering committee chairman, vice president of Guangdong Law Society, Guangdong Province jurisprudence Research Association, Guangzhou Intellectual Property Research Association, is the Guangdong Provincial Academic Degrees Committee members of the disciplinary review, the Eighth Guangdong Provincial CPPCC members, the thirteenth and fourteenth Guangzhou Municipal People’s Congress, deputy director of the Guangzhou Municipal Emergency Management Experts Group, Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government consultants, Guangzhou Municipal People’s Congress legislative advisor.
