目的 探究同伴教育对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者焦虑抑郁心理的影响.方法 选取2019年1月~2020年12月来本院就诊的62例PICC置管患者作为本次研究对象,经过患者知情同意后,按照护理方法不同,以及数字表法随机分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31),对照组采用基础治疗和常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上加用同伴教育,比较两组患者置管后的护理满意度、焦虑抑郁心理程度、生活质量和出现不良反应的情况.结果 观察组PICC置管患者对同伴教育的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的80.65%,数据差距显著(P<0.05);护理前两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对比发现没有差距(P>0.05),护理后两组以上评分均有了显著减少,尤其是观察组比对照组减少更多,数据差距显著(P<0.05);护理后观察组的生活质量评分比对照组升高很多,数据差距显著(P<0.05);观察组出现不良反应的情况均比对照组更少,数据差距显著(P<0.05).结论 应用同伴教育方式能有效降低PICC置管患者的并发症和不适感,缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度,值得在临床推广应用.“,”Objective To explore the influence of peer education on anxiety and depression of patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) catheterization. Methods 62 patients with PICC intubation who came to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. After the patients\'\' informed consent, they were randomly divided into control groups according to different nursing methods and digital table method (n=31) and observation group (n=31). The control group uses basic treatment and conventional health education. The observation group uses peer education on the basis of the control group to compare the nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression psychology of the two groups of patients after intubation degree, quality of life, and occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The satisfaction of PICC intubation patients in the observation group with peer education was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.65% in the control group, and the data gap was significant(P<0.05); the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the two groups of nursing care comparison found no difference (P>0.05), after nursing, the scores of the above two groups were significantly reduced, especially the observation group decreased more than the control group, and the data gap was significant (P<0.05); after nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group, and the data gap was significant (P<0.05); the observation group had fewer adverse reactions than the control group, and the data gap was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of peer education can effectively reduce the complications and discomfort of PICC intubation patients, relieve patients\'\' anxiety and depression, and improve patients\'\' quality of life and nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
