目的 分析心理护理在青少年抑郁症中的作用.方法 2017年8月~2019年8月对90例青少年抑郁症患者进行研究,按照抽签法分组处理,对照组和观察组各为45例,前者给予常规流程护理,后者与心理护理联合应用.比较两组患者依从性、疾病认知水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74).结果 观察组依从性、疾病认知水平、GQOLI-74得分均高于对照组,组间对比有差异(P<0.05);两组患者接受护理前的SAS、SDS、PSP评分对比无差异(P>0.05),经护理后,患者负面情绪缓解,功能提高,观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分,均低于对照组,PSP评分高于对照组,存在数据差异(P<0.05).结论 加强对青少年抑郁症患者的心理护理,可提高患者依从性和认知水平,可对负面情绪起到明显的缓解作用,改善个人和社会功能,也可促进患者生活质量的提升,存在临床应用价值.“,”Objective To analyze the role of psychological care in adolescent depression. Methods From August 2017 to August 2019, 90 cases of adolescent depression were studied. They were divided into groups according to the lottery method. There were 45 cases in the control group and the observation group. The former were given routine care and the latter was combined with psychological care. Comparing the two groups of patients\'\' compliance, disease cognition, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), personal and social performance scale (PSP), generic quality of life inventory 74 (GQOLI-74). Results The observation group\'\'s compliance, disease awareness, and GQOLI-74 scores were all higher than those of the control group, and there was a difference between the groups (P<0.05); there was no difference in the comparison of SAS, SDS, and PSP scores between the two groups before receiving care (P>0.05), after nursing, the patient\'\'s negative emotions were relieved and the function improved. after nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the PSP score was higher than that of the control group. There was a data difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening psychological care for adolescents with depression can improve patient compliance and cognition, can significantly alleviate negative emotions, improve personal and social functions, and promote the quality of life of patients. There are clinical applications value.
