结论 对于无痛分娩的产妇主动实施前瞻性护理,能有效改善产妇产后的排尿情况,预防尿潴留的发生,增加患者的满意度,利于产后恢复,促进健康,值得临床推广应用.“,”Objective Purpose To investigate the effect of prospective nursing on urinary retention of parturient in painless delivery. Methods A total of 300 parturient, who gave birth without pain in our department from January 2019 to December 2019. According to the number table method, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was the conventional nursing group; the observation group: the prospective nursing intervention group then was used to analyze the urinary retention of the parturient after painless delivery in these two groups, compliance of parturient women during delivery and psychological recognition of parturient women for painless delivery. It is statistically significant (P<0.05). In the observation group, the indwelling catheter rate was 1.33%, the incidence of urinary retention was 3.33%, and the spontaneous urination rate was 95.4% better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the satisfaction of painless delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Proactively implementing prospective care for parturient who give birth without pain can effectively improve the postpartum urination of the parturient, prevent the occurrence of urinary retention, increase the satisfaction of the patient, help postpartum recovery, and promote health.
