本文报告了寰枢椎结核５例，并结合文献，就误诊原因、诊断要点和经口腔病灶清除术治疗寰枢椎结核的优点，进行了讨论。认为，寰枢椎结核有咽后壁脓肿和死骨时，应及时行经口腔病灶清除术。
In this paper, we report five cases of atlantoaxial tuberculosis and discuss the advantages of the atlanto-axial tuberculosis in combination with the literature on the causes of misdiagnosis, the main points of diagnosis and the treatment of atlanto-axial tuberculosis via oral debridement. That atlantoaxial tuberculosis with posterior pharyngeal abscess and sequestrum should be promptly performed by oral debridement.
