南京市建邺区城镇建设综合开发总公司成立于1984年2月28日,是集城市基础建设和房地产开发为一体的综合性开发公司。公司为全民事业单位,实行企业化管理,现有职工100余人,其中各类专业技术人员占总数的80％,下辖海南宁建实业公司、海口宁建实业公司、南京摩天实业公司和中外合资南京天都房产开发有限公司,已成为经济实力雄厚、综合管理水平较高、技术力量较强、取得国家一级开发资质的综合经济实体。
Nanjing Jianye District Urban Construction Comprehensive Development Corporation was established on February 28, 1984. It is a comprehensive development company integrating urban infrastructure construction and real estate development. The company implements enterprise management for all public institutions and currently employs more than 100 people, of which 80% are professional and technical personnel of various types. Under the jurisdiction of Hainan Ningjian Industrial Company, Haikou Ningjian Industrial Company, Nanjing Ferris Industrial Company and Sino-foreign joint ventures Nanjing Tiandu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. has become a comprehensive economic entity with strong economic strength, high level of comprehensive management, strong technical force, and national-level development qualification.
