用琼脂糖-淀粉混合凝胶电泳法结合特异组织酶染色技术,对汉族人群红细胞谷氨酸转氨酶(GPT)的遗传多态性进行研究。结果表明:该方法灵敏快速,分辨率高。GPT可分为GPT1-1型;GPT2-2型;GPT2-1型。基因频率GPT1为0.5368,GPT2为0.4632,符合Hardy-Werinberg平衡定律。GPT分型在人群个体间的识别DP值为0.6249,是法医个人识别和亲权鉴定非常有用的遗传标记,也可作为异体骨髓移植成功在接的诊断指标。
Genetic polymorphisms of erythrocyte glutamate aminotransferase (GPT) in Han population were studied by agarose - starch mixed gel electrophoresis combined with specific tissue enzyme staining. The results show that the method is sensitive and fast with high resolution. GPT can be divided into GPT1-1 type; GPT2-2 type; GPT2-1 type. Gene frequency GPT1 0.5368, GPT2 0.4632, in line with the Hardy-Werinberg equilibrium law. GPT genotyping in the population of individuals between the DP value of 0.6249, forensic personal identification and paternity testing is a very useful genetic markers, but also as a successful allogeneic bone marrow transplantation in the diagnostic indicators.
