英语作为一种全球性语言,其重要性不言而喻。同时英语也是一门语言性学科,《义务教育英语课程标准》要求学生认识、记忆所学的单词,可以根据拼读的规则正确读出单词。所以目前的英语教育,已经由单纯的机械式教学转变为注重学生的语言运用能力,培养学生的核心素养。英语的核心素养包括语言能力、思维能力、人际交往、品格培养、学习能力等方面。同时在英语学习中,单词的记忆是基础之一。自然拼读法则是记忆单词的一项重要方法,能帮助学生记忆单词,带动学生的学习热情,提高学生的单词记忆与发音能力。
The importance of English as a global language is self-evident. At the same time, English is also a linguistic subject. The English Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education requires students to recognize and remember the words they learn, and to correctly read the words according to the spelling rules. Therefore, the current English education has changed from simple mechanical teaching to the emphasis on students’ ability to use the language and cultivate students’ core qualities. The core qualities of English include language ability, thinking ability, interpersonal communication, character cultivation, and learning ability. At the same time in English learning, the memory of words is one of the foundations. Natural spelling is an important method for memorizing words. It helps students memorize words, encourage students’ enthusiasm for learning, and improve students’ word memory and pronunciation skills.
