目的对2型糖尿病患者血清游离脂肪酸与心血管自主神经病变的相关性进行分析探讨。方法选取2型糖尿病心血管自主神经病变患者30例作为病变组,2型糖尿病未发心血管自主神经病变患者30例作为非病变组,同时随机选取同期进行体检显示健康的30例作为健康组。分析比较三组的血清游离脂肪酸检测结果。结果病变组患者的血清游离脂肪酸水平显著高于非病变组,非病变组又显著高于健康组,结果(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论血清游离脂肪酸水平变化与2型糖尿病患者发生心血管自主神经病变密切相关,病情越严重升高的幅度越大,在临床诊断及预后上具有重要作用。
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum free fatty acid and cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy were selected as the diseased group. Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy were selected as the non-lesion group. 30 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group during the same period. Analysis of three groups of serum free fatty acid test results. Results The level of serum free fatty acid in the diseased group was significantly higher than that in non-diseased group and non-diseased group, which was significantly higher than that in healthy group (P <0.05). Conclusions The change of serum free fatty acid level is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. The more serious the disease is, the greater the severity of the disease is and plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
