Canal water use coefficient is one of the important indicators to measure the level of irrigation management. After fully implementing the planned water use in 1957, more than 10 years have passed since the establishment of the planned water use in Luohuiqu Irrigation District. The changes of the coefficient of water utilization of the canal system have been initially mastered.
