给出一种计算链传动中心距的几何分析方法——非线性方程法。此法能全面、准确地确定双边绷直的链传动中心距,并得到链总长、中心距与主动链轮转角位置之间的函数关系。所得的中心距最大值和最小值虽然与Winklhofer法的计算结果完全一致,但是非线性方程法还可用于链条总长为奇数倍链节数的链传动中心距计算。这种精确计算法对于中心距不能调整的重要链传动,或在同一中心距上有多挂链条的平行传动,都具有重要意义。
A method of geometric analysis of chain drive center distance is given - nonlinear equation method. This method can comprehensively and accurately determine the bilateral bungee chain drive center distance, and get the chain length, center distance and the active sprocket corner of the functional relationship between. Although the maximum and minimum center distances obtained are in good agreement with those calculated by the Winklhofer method, the nonlinear equation method can also be used to calculate the center distance of the chain drive with an odd number of links in total chain length. This accurate calculation method is of great significance to the important chain drive whose center distance can not be adjusted or the parallel transmission with more hanging chains in the same center distance.
