“新疆石油管理局油气开发管理信息系统”是新疆石油局历经两年所完成的一项大型油气开发管理信息系统工程。系统的开发建设完全是由新疆石油局技术人员自行设计完成的。它的实施,改变了新疆局油气开发生产中传统的管理工作模式,提高了信息共享程度和处理质量,扩大了信息资源的应用范围,更好地满足了各层次工作人员在生产管理和科学研究等领域中的应用。对整体提高油气开发工作中的管理和决策水平起到了积极的推动作用。
