通过现场调查、检测检验法确定某核燃料元件生产线生产过程中职业病危害因素,评价其防护措施的防护效果。该生产线主要危害为放射性物料产生的辐射危害,以及氟化氢(HF)、噪声和高温等非放射性危害。经现场监测并估算得出放射工作人员个人剂量水平在0.51~3.64 m Sv/年,主要岗位HF最高接触浓度为0.1 mg/m3,个体噪声8 h等效声级最高为79.9 d B(A),工作场所高温WBGT指数最高为22.2℃。该生产线放射人员个人年有效剂量控制在管理目标值以下,职业病危害因素检测结果均满足职业接触限值要求,工程采取的职业病危害防护措施是有效的。
