采用8具新鲜尸体腰椎功能单位,通过脊柱三维运动实验机施加最大载荷10.0N·M的六种类型力偶,使脊柱产生前屈/后伸、左/右侧弯和左/右轴向旋转运动。经立体摄像计算机图像处理得L3~L4节段的中性区(NZ),弹性区(EZ)和作者单位:①116017大连市解放军大连医高专②510515广州市第一军医大学收稿日期:1997-04-17运动范围(Rom)等参数。实验时,先对完整的脊柱标本进行测量,测得的结果为自身对照组。然后在L3~L4切断左侧半黄韧带→右侧半黄韧带。根据其节段间的运动变化,定量地分析黄韧带切断对腰椎三维运动的影响。结果表明:在生理载荷下,黄韧带切断对腰椎稳定性无影响。提示临床上实行减压术或髓核摘除以及椎管潜式扩大术时,切除部分或全部黄韧带(节段间),均不影响腰椎稳定性。
Eight fresh corpus lumbar functional units were used to apply flexion / extension, left / right lateral rotation and left / right axial rotation to the spine through six types of couple with a maximum load of 10.0 N · M through a three-dimensional spinal exercise machine movement. The results showed that ligamentum flavum cut had no effect on lumbar stability under physiological load. Prompt clinical decompression or removal of the nucleus pulposus and submaxillary enlargement surgery, resection of all or part of the ligamentum flavum (segment), did not affect the lumbar stability.
