将40只家兔行小肠吻合术后随机分为丹参组和对照组,分别于术后第3、5、7、14天处死动物取出吻合口标本,并在对照组动物体内取出正常空肠段设立非吻合口组,三组分别作组织内羟脯氨酸(HPC)含量测定。结果,术后第3、5天两组吻合口组织的HPC明显低于非吻合口组。在术后第7天,丹参组的HPC则明显超过非吻合口组而对照组此时才接近于后者,且丹参组各时间段的HPC均高于对照组。提示丹参具有提高吻合口组织内HPC、促进肠吻合口愈合的作用。
After 40 cases of small bowel anastomosis, 40 rabbits were randomly divided into the Salvia miltiorrhiza group and the control group. Anastomotic specimens were taken at 3, 5, 7 and 14 days after operation and the normal jejunum section was removed from the control animals. In the non-anastomotic group, the content of hydroxyproline (HPC) was determined in the three groups. Results The HPC in the anastomotic tissue of the two groups was significantly lower than the non-anastomotic group on the third and fifth postoperative days. On the 7th day after surgery, the HPC of the Salvia miltiorrhiza group was significantly higher than that of the non-anastomotic group and the control group was close to the latter at this time. The HPC of each period of the Salvia miltiorrhiza group was higher than that of the control group. It is suggested that salvia miltiorrhiza can improve HPC in anastomotic tissue and promote the healing of intestinal anastomosis.
