本文系1980年对市内各工业企业的在册产业职工(包括一时性丧失劳动能力者)的高血压、冠心病,脑血管病的患病情况进行普查的结果.是一次横断面的调查研究,它基本反映了沈阳市产业职工心血管疾病的现状。本次调查工作应用的指标:(1)按年龄标化患病率;(2)按工龄标化患病率;各行业职工的标化率,按间接标化计算法计算.年龄、工龄标化率乘积=工龄标化率和年龄别标化率相乘积.本次受检职工总数为413226人,男264307人,女148919人,共检出临界高血压男7259人,占2.75%,
This is a cross-sectional investigation of the results of the general survey of hypertension, coronary heart disease, and cerebrovascular disease in workers in the registered industry (including those who were temporarily disabled) in various industrial enterprises in the city in 1980. It basically reflects the current status of cardiovascular diseases in industrial workers in Shenyang. Indicators used in this survey: (1) Prevalence rate according to age; (2) Standardization of prevalence rate according to age of employment; Standardization rate of employees in various industries calculated by indirect standardization method. Age, Age of employment The rate product is the product of the standardized rate of working age and the standardized rate of age. The total number of employees examined was 413,226. There were 264,307 males and 148,919 females. A total of 7,259 men with critical hypertension were detected, accounting for 2.75% of the total.
