在普通滚齿机上加工齿轮轴用传统的夹具所占空间大。当齿部与轴端距离很短时让刀困难,而且难以保证齿部的径向圆跳动。为此我们设计了齿轮轴滚齿用浮动夹具,见图。
In conventional hobbing machine gear shaft with the traditional fixture takes up a lot of space. When the tooth and the shaft end is very short to make the knife difficult, and it is difficult to ensure that the radial circle of tooth beating. To this end we designed a gear shaft hobbing floating fixture, see figure.
