用死后3小时以内的新鲜尸体,在腋中线后方和腹直肌外缘至后面,取第11肋间神经和肋下神经各1段;在腰大肌和髂肌间取股神经1段。用乙酰胆碱脂酶组织化学方法,观察了各段神经干的截面积、神经束(组)的面积、神经束的功能组合、神经束与结缔组织的比率、以及各段神经内运动性神经纤维的数量,计算了下位肋间神经与股神经上述各项数据的比率。结果表明股神经与下位肋间神经的各项比率悬殊。从解剖学角度看,用下位肋间神经与股神经缝接治疗截瘫的设想,可能收效甚微。
