高速铁道车辆用齿轮传动装置的作用是将电动机的转矩传递到车轮。随着列车提速,齿轮传动装置面临着严峻考验。例如,正在对齿轮传动装置提出减轻簧下质量(轻量化)、具备能适应高速运转的轴承润滑性能等提出要求。本文着重阐述高速车辆用齿轮传动装置轴承润滑结构、润滑油方面的新技术、新工艺,对齿轮传动箱的新结构及其相关的技术动向择要作了介绍。
The purpose of the gear train for high-speed railway vehicles is to transmit the torque of the motor to the wheels. As the train speed, gear transmission is facing a severe test. For example, gear transmission devices are being proposed to reduce the unsprung mass (light weight), and to be able to meet the high-speed operation of the bearing lubrication performance requirements. This article focuses on the high-speed vehicle gear transmission bearing lubrication structure, lubricating oil new technology, new technology, the new structure of the gear box and related technology trends are introduced.
