目的了解在校大学生性行为的现状、态度及其发展趋势。方法采用分层整群抽样抽取中国矿业大学800名在校大学生进行无记名电子问卷调查,收到有效问卷770份。结果有过性行为的占20.0%,其中男生占10.3%,女生占9.7%,对性行为持赞同、默许或宽容者占89.5%,持慎重态度者占26.0%,注重贞操者占16.9%。在被调查者中有80.0%的学生认可同居是现代社会人性化的生活方式。结论目前在校大学生性行为已比较普遍,对其态度亦日趋赞同,应及时进行在校大学生性安全教育。
Objective To understand the current situation, attitude and development trend of college students’ sexual behavior. Methods A total of 800 undergraduates from China University of Mining and Technology were surveyed using the stratified cluster sampling method. Seven hundred and seventy valid questionnaires were received. The results showed that 20.0% had sexual intercourse, including 10.3% of boys and 9.7% of girls. They held the same attitude toward sexual behavior, with acquiescence or tolerance 89.5%, people with cautious attitude 26%, and women with virginity 16.9%. Among the respondents, 80.0% of students agree that cohabitation is a humane way of life in modern society. Conclusions At present, the sexual behaviors of undergraduates in colleges and universities are relatively common, and their attitudes are increasingly approaching. Sexual safety education for undergraduates in universities should be promptly carried out.
