据青岛史料记载,1927年9月17日,日轮船德丸号自胶南红石崖往胶澳运送乘客时,不幸于黄岛东部水域触礁搁浅,全船600余人瞬间倾覆,唯胶州人殷康昆等100余人侥幸获救,后殷康昆与这些幸存者,共同出资在小港附近合股开办饭馆,取名为老船夫——事隔70多年后,作为同村同姓的殷悦明又重新恢复了老船夫酒店,那么今日的老船夫掌门人又有何独特之处呢?
