An automatic sorter for detecting the leakage of a piston ring and the width of an opening is introduced. It includes photoelectric conversion, CCD ── microcomputer data processing technology, mechanical and hydraulic transmission systems, to ensure measurement repeatability by the new positioning method, automatic access mode, and automatic sorting machine’s main indicators.
