专业课教学是技校学校培养学生操作技能的一个重要环节。由于诸多因素,技校学校的学生基础普遍较差,“厌学”情绪严重,对专业理论课学习毫无兴趣,从而直接影响技能学习的效果。作为专业课教师,本人认为,只有激发学生专业课的学习兴趣,才能充分发挥学生学习的主动性和积极性。孔子说:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”怎样才能让学生乐于学习专业课呢?传统教学模式只注重对知识的传授,而忽视了对学生学习兴趣的培养。所以教师要采用各种有效的教学方法和手段,调动学生的学习兴趣,达到最佳的学习效果。
The teaching of specialized courses is an important part of technical school training of students in operating skills. Due to many factors, technical school schools generally have poor student foundation and have a serious mood of “tired of studying”. They have no interest in the study of professional theoretical courses and thus have a direct impact on the effectiveness of skills learning. As a professional teacher, I think, only to stimulate students’ interest in professional learning, students can give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm. Confucius said: "How to make students willing to learn specialized courses? The traditional teaching mode only focus on the impartment of knowledge, while ignoring the development of students’ interest in learning . Therefore, teachers should adopt a variety of effective teaching methods and means to mobilize students’ interest in learning to achieve the best learning results.
