用不同功率密度和时间的CO2激光辐照处理浙糯2号干、湿两种不同生理状态的种子。从L1代后期的主要农艺性状分析和L2的突变率考查表明,激光处理对L1代的株高、有效穗数、每穗后粒数、千粒重和单株粒重有一定刺激作用,L2代变异效应明显,除未发现叶绿素突变外,早熟、高秆、矮秆和不育等都有发生。总突变率为0.51-1.30%,其突变频率比y射线处理低,但其诱发的早熟突变频率较高,湿种子处理的突变颁率高于干种子。CO2激光对水稻诱变处理的适宜剂量是:功率密度为10-15W,湿、干种子分别处理3和4秒。
The seeds of two different physiological states of Zhenuo No.2 were irradiated by CO2 laser with different power density and time. The analysis of the main agronomic traits and the mutation rate of L2 from the later stage of L1 showed that laser treatment had some stimulation on the plant height, effective panicle number, grain number per panicle, 1000-grain weight and grain weight per plant in L1 generation. The effect was obvious. Except chlorophyll mutation, early maturity, tall stalk, dwarf and infertility occurred. The total mutation rate was 0.51-1.30%. The frequency of mutation was lower than that of y-ray treatment, but the frequency of early-onset mutation was higher. The wet seed treatment mutation rate was higher than that of dry seeds. CO2 laser mutagenesis of rice suitable dose is: power density of 10-15W, wet and dry seeds were treated for 3 and 4 seconds.
