“犹喜兰台非傲吏,归时应免动移文”。这是白居易在《秘书省中亿旧山》一诗对唐代管理文书档案的小公务人员的赞美。 “兰台”一词典出之来源 “兰台”一词,古典记载是春秋战国楚台名。唐·张九龄《登古阳云台》诗云:“楚国兹故都,兰台有余址”。兰台故址在今湖北钟祥县东。《全唐诗典故辞典》说:“兰台”一词典出《文选》卷十三战国楚宋玉《风赋》:“楚襄王游于兰台之宫,宋玉景差侍。有风飒然而至,王乃披襟而当之,日:快哉,此风!寡人所与庶入共者邪?”后用兰台喻指快意的爽风。李贺《罗浮山父与葛篇》诗云:“依依宜织江雨空,雨中六月兰台风”。这里的兰台是指六月南风。
